Commodities Fraud

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission brought a <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Commodities-fraud.pdf">federal complaint</a> </strong>against Charles H. McAllister, saying the Auburn, Ala., man defrauded customers of $16 million in a precious metals scheme through his company BullionDirect.
