SAN DIEGO (CN) – California’s Senate Bill 777, which prohibits sexual discrimination, will cause horrible problems in schools – in locker rooms, for example – the **California Education Committee claims in a federal lawsuit. The bill, recently signed into law by defendant Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger , “recklessly abandons the traditional understanding of biological sex in favor of an elusive definition that is unconstitutionally vague,” to unfairly give “special treatment … for a select few students,” the plaintiffs say.
