Consumer Class Action

**Rite-Aid Corp. deceives consumers by selling eyeglass repair kits deceptively labeled as “Made in the USA,” according to a class-action complaint in San Diego Superior Court.           A class-action complaint claims **Passages Malibu and Grasshopper House took $200,000 from an addict and promised to “cure” him in 40 days, then kicked him out, uncured, and refuse to refund his money, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
