’Copter crash

PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania dismissed a group of Mexican citizens’ wrongful death suit against a Philadelphia-based helicopter manufacturer, which they brought after their relatives died in a helicopter crash in Puebla. The court found that Mexico is a more appropriate forum to adjudicate the family members’ claims.
