NASHVILLE — A Tennessee federal court allowed some music publishers’ copyright infringement claims to proceed against X, formerly known as Twitter, which allegedly fails to take down posts that infringe on copyrighted music in a timely manner, is more lenient for its paying members and does not do enough to tamp down on serial infringers.
