MANHATTAN – In what is at least his eighth false-arrest complaint against New York City, Jose Escalona-Martinez wants damages for his July 26, 2016, arrest in Times Square while dressed as Captain America.

Escalona-Martinez was reportedly arrested in February that year on charges that he stole $50 from an Irish tourist while dressed as Batman.
