Covid-19 emergency order

ABERDEEN, Miss. — A federal judge in Mississippi, reaffirming that “the pandemic is not over” and noting that Covid-19 cases are again on the rise, extended for 90 days an emergency order that allows judges in the Northern District of Mississippi to conduct most criminal proceedings by video and telephone conferences. This is the standing order’s 11th extension.
