INDIANAPOLIS — A federal court in Indiana declined to block a public health order that imposes restrictions on bars, nightclubs and restaurants in the state. While the court is “sympathetic to the hardships” the pandemic restrictions have placed on the venue owners, the “potential harm to the public overwhelms the harms” the plaintiffs face.
