Covid mandate challenge: Moot

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit vacated its April order that upheld the legality of President Joe Biden’s Covid vaccine mandate for federal contractors, following a Dec. 11 Supreme Court ruling that three very similar Circuit-level courses over the same mandate were mooted by Biden’s revocation of the mandate on May 9.
