Covid Safety

The San Francisco County Superior Court rejected the National Retail Federation, the Western Growers Association and other retail and agricultural industry groups’ requests for an injunction to block the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board from enforcing safety measures adopted to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco County Superior Court rejected requests from the National Retail Federation, the Western Growers Association, and other retail and agricultural industry groups to block the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board’s enforcement of safety measures against Covid-19.
