ALBUQUERQUE – A federal class action claims National Credit Solutions, which bought the accounts receivable from bankrupt Hollywood Video, placed more than 500,000 unverified debt delinquency notices in customers’ credit files, to “strong-arm” them into paying collection fees and disputed debts.
