CuriosityStream class action

BALTIMORE — A federal court in Maryland denied video subscription service CuriosityStream’s motion for reconsideration in this class action filed by subscribers who claim the site unlawfully disclosed their personally identifiable information to Facebook. CuriosityStream has not shown that online users manifested assent to their terms of service.
