VANCOUVER, Wash. (CN) – Former NFL running back Curt Warner says State Farm refused to compensate him for sports memorabilia he lost in a fire at his home. The former Seattle Seahawk and L.A. Ram says the insurer refuses to pay the actual value of the football relics, which he says are worth $273,000. Warner, who retired to Camas, Wash., where he coaches high school and also runs a Chevrolet dealership in Vancouver, sued the insurer in Clark County Court. He is represented by Jon Stride with Tonkon Torp of Portland, Ore.
