D.C. Circuit

EMPLOYMENT – An Australian resident claimed that the Washington Hospital Center wrongfully fired him for refusing to take part in a cover-up after a co-worker was injected with radioactive dye. The **D.C. Circuit ruled that his claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress had been improperly dismissed at the pleading stage. Partially reversed. See ruling.
