D.C. Circuit

INSURANCE – The D.C. Circuit held that an insurer must cover a $300,000 settlement against a daycare facility where a child was allegedly sexually assaulted. The court ruled that the insurance policy expressly allows the number of claims under the policy to match the number of times the alleged assaults occurred. See ruling.
