Defective rifle trigger claims tossed

NEW ORLEANS — A Fifth Circuit panel upheld the dismissal of a product liability lawsuit brought by the parents of a 15-year-old who was charged with murder for shooting his 11-year-old brother with a Remington rifle; they say the teen never touched the trigger and it went off due to a defective part. The family failed to sufficiently allege fraudulent concealment.
