PHILADELPHIA (CN) – UPS assigns black drivers to black supervisors, and forces the drivers to relinquish routes in downtown Philadelphia so they can be “assigned delivery routes in the poorer, predominantly African-American neighborhoods” in the city, according to a federal complaint.
