NEWARK, N.J. — In a federal complaint transferred from New York, a man originally from India says Prestige Motors refused to sell him a car “because plaintiff came from a ‘high-risk area’ where people buy such cars and export them to the Taliban.”     The plaintiff insists he has no relation to the Taliban, and that a search of his name “came up negative with regard to being an ‘exporter’ of Mercedes Benz.”
