Diversity ruse suit tossed

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California dismissed, with leave to amend, an investment management firm and a pension fund’s securities fraud class action against Wells Fargo. The bank allegedly conducted farcical interviews to skirt the company’s own diversity guidelines.
