WICHITA – A state judge has ordered a doctor to turn over medical records on 2,000 patients to a Kansas grand jury that is investigating his abortion practices. Attorney for Dr. George Tiller said they will appeal the ruling to the Kansas Supreme Court. Tiller is facing 19 misdemeanor charges for his practice. The grand jury demands medical records of every patient who sought an abortion after her 21st week of pregnancy since July 1, 2003.
