Doctor Sues Kaiser Alleging 'Substandard' Care for Non-Native

Kaiser has removed a case from state court to federal court, brought by a doctor alleging retaliation. The doctor complained that defendants pressured him to falsify medical reports, provide “substandard” treatment to non-English speaking patients in order to boost revenue and to accept practices that undermine patient care. Plaintiff’s superiors then began to interfere with his work and manipulated his schedule before firing him.
