WASHINGTON (CN) – Dollar Tree and Family Dollar will have to sell 330 stores in 35 states to get FTC approval for their $9.2 billion merger, the agency said. The two discount chains agreed to the FTC order in a July 2 consent judgment. The stores must be sold to Sycamore Partners within 150 days of the merger. The stores are listed in an [addendum to the consent order](http://www.courthousenews.com/2015/07/06/dollar stores.pdf). The consent order will be published today and will be posted through Aug. 3.
