DETROIT (CN) – A Men’s Wearhouse customer claims a store mannequin gave him a concussion. Joe Miller says the renegade dummy fell on him, inflicting neck and back pain as well. Miller sued the clothing chain for negligence, in Wayne County Court. He seeks more than $25,000 for medical expenses and pain and suffering. He is represented by Glenn Oliver of Southfield, Mich.
