Election defamation

WASHINGTON (CN) — A federal judge in Washington allows an election technology company’s defamation lawsuit against the One America News Network to proceed. The court has jurisdiction over the lawsuit, which alleges that OAN said, on national TV, that the tech firm used its software to rig the 2020 election against former President Trump.
