LOS ANGELES – Several directors of the payment processor iPayment embezzled $11.6 million, the SEC claims in a federal complaint. Named as defendants are Nasir N. Shakouri, Bronson L. Quon, John S. Hong and Jonathan K. Skarie, all of California, and Robert S. Torino, of Massachusetts.
