COLUMBUS, OHIO (CN) – A **Burger King franchisee stripped a drive-through window cashier to her underwear in front of a crowded dining room and searched her bra and panties after a customer complained of being shorted $10 in change, the cashier claims in Franklin County Court. After humiliating, assaulting and falsely imprisoning the cashier, Miller Management , the franchisee, let her go when the customer found the $10 bill and said the change was right after all, the cashier says.
