A worker claims Tootsie’s Cabaret wrongfully fired her for complaining “about the ongoing prostitution (that) was disruptive to the employer’s business,” in Miami-Dade County Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Burlington Coat Factory, Tank and Refinery Services Co., and Floyd’s 99-California, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Reed Elsevier, in Trenton, N.J., Federal Court; Propell Construction Corp., in Kings County Court, Brooklyn; JMP Restoration Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Agape Counseling & Therapeutic Services, in Newport News, Va., Federal Court; National Payment Modifications Co., Global Marketing Group of Central Florida, and New Hope Baptist Church dba ABC Day Care & Pre-School, in Orlando Federal Court.     (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
