Bank of America cheats on overtime, a class action claims in San Diego Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Roth Staffing Companies, and Westside Sober Living Centers dba Promises Treatment Centers, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Network Express, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; Hewitt Associates, in Orlando Federal Court; Express Courier International, in Memphis Federal Court; Hyatt Hotels, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and Care Ambulance, a LifeStar Response Company, in Montgomery, Ala., Federal Court.     (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
