**East Allen County Schools discriminated against women by refusing to bargain with secretaries, food service, nurses and paraprofessional workers – who are overwhelmingly female – but bargaining with custodial, maintenance and transportation workers, who are mostly male, a class-action complaint claims in Fort Wayne, Ind., Federal Court.           A class-action complaint in Milwaukee Federal Court challenges **Bemis Co. ‘s termination of prescription drug coverage and other changes to employees’ health insurance after it acquired Hayssen Manufacturing Co.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: **The Improv Comedy Club Hollywood, Costco Wholesale Corp., Haralambos Beverage Co., Callahan, McCune & Willis , and **Guard Systems Inc. , in Los Angeles Superior Court; **JP Morgan Chase Bank and affiliates, on behalf of loan officers, in San Diego Federal Court; **Kerr Corp., in Detroit Federal Court; Best Buy Co. , in Kings County Court, Brooklyn; McLane Foodservice , in Riverside Superior Court, Calif.; Centex Homes , and Healthcare Services Group , in Tampa Federal Court; and Spectators IV, Florida Ready Mix Concrete, Environmental Risk Management, and Charlotte Motorsports , in Fort Myers Federal Court.
