**Total Western and its supervisors are accused of allowing vile racist practices in the workplace, in Fresno Federal Court.            Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: **CitiGroup, in San Francisco Federal Court; **VXI Global Solutions, in Los Angeles Superior Court; **Cobalt Southern California Directories, in Orange County, Calif., Superior Court; **Call-A-Head Corp., and **Next Level Floral Design, in Brooklyn Federal Court; **Enterprise Electrical Contractors, in Kings County Court, Brooklyn; **Consumer Gas Plumbing Corp.-Blue Gas Propane , in Miami Federal Court; and CiCi’s Pizza restaurants and corporate affiliates, in Houston Federal Court.
