**The City of Columbus, Ohio and its Police Chief illegally require employees to turn over confidential medical records when they return from illness or injury leave, a class-action complaint claims in Columbus Federal Court.            **Southern Hospice Care fired its only black manager after telling her she is “too bold for a female in Alabama,” **Lula Henry says in a discrimination claim in Birmingham Federal Court.           Eight women claim the **Coastal Bend College District is making the school into an “overwhelmingly Hispanic” institution by firing older, female, white professors, in a discrimination claim in Corpus Christi Federal Court.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: **GPM Investments, in Hartford Federal Court; **Intertek USA fka **Caleb Brett USA, in Brooklyn Federal Court; **Kazi Foods, in Los Angeles Superior Court; **Liveops Inc. , in Brunswick, Ga., Federal Court; the **Automobile Club of Southern California, and Sears Roebuck & Co. , in Orange County Court, Calif.
