Four songwriters claim Televisa, Univision, Lions Gate Pictures, and others used their tunes, “Baroque Hoedown,” “An Elephant Never Forgets” and “Country Rock Polka,” without permission, in Los Angeles Federal Court.     Jean-Jacques Perrey, Gershon Kingsley, Sylvain Meunier, and the heirs of the late Harry Breuer sued Televisa, Univision Communications, Galavision, Xenon Pictures, and Lions Gate Entertainment.
