Timothy McGee claims The Cartoon Network swiped his idea for a cartoon show he called “The Music Factory of the 90s,” and used it in its show, “Class of 3000.” McGee also sued Andre Benjamin 3000 and Turner Broadcasting Systems, in Boston Federal Court.
