VideoHelper demands $500,000 from Fox News Network, claiming it used copyrighted music on the show, “Geraldo at Large,” in Manhattan Federal Court.           Timothy McGee claims The Cartoon Network swiped his idea for a cartoon show he called “The Music Factory of the 90s,” and used it in its show, “Class of 3000.” McGee also sued Andre Benjamin 3000 and Turner Broadcasting Systems, in Boston Federal Court.
