London police say that **Boy George , whose real name is George O’Dowd , was charged today with falsely imprisoning a model who says he was chained and threatened in O’Dowd’s London flat, where he had gone for a photo shoot. Michael Robertson and his business, **MP3 Tunes , illegally distribute music online through two Web sites, Capitol Records and 14 other studios claim in Manhattan Federal Court. They want him shut down, and punitive damages.
