SAN DIEGO — J. Douglass Jennings, 72, of Rancho Santa Fe, an accountant and disbarred attorney who advertised himself as a “faith-based” financial planner, pleaded guilty Monday to a $1.5 million bankruptcy fraud and evading $6 million in taxes, federal prosecutors in San Diego said.
