False protein advertisement?

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A federal court in California dismissed, with leave to amend, a customer’s lawsuit against the maker of Muscletech dietary supplements over protein powders advertised as containing 60g of protein — including protein derived from the milk you have to add. The court did not agree the statements were fraudulent or unlawful under the state’s Unfair Competition Law.
