Family judge misconduct

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — A federal court in New York preserved two retaliation and sexual harassment claims brought against the state’s Unified Court System, where a Broome County family court judge allegedly sexually harassed two of his aides. The judge is not entitled to qualified immunity in his individual capacity, and a jury could find his behavior created a hostile work environment.
