TUSCALOOSA (CN) – A farmer has sued **Whole Foods Market for fraud, privacy invasion and misappropriation. David Snow claims the store took photos of him and his farm and published them on its Web site next to the words “supporting local (growers),” but it never bought a thing from him, and used his image despite his clear instruction that it was not to do so unless it bought his produce. See his federal complaint.
