MANHATTAN (CN) – A former FBI agent was sentenced Monday to a year and a day in prison for making false statements about a confidential source – a woman with whom he had a sexual relationship, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. Adrian Busby was convicted by a federal jury after a five-day trial in November 2011.
