FDIC Clawback

LOS ANGELES – The FDIC sued nine directors of the collapsed Affinity Bank to claw back $52 million; click headline to see the defendants in Federal Court.     Here are the defendants in the FDIC lawsuit, Affinity Bank is not a defendant: Michael McGuire, David Mahan, Edward Summers, Donald Cline, Cindy Jones, Sonia Hidalgo, Richard Fausset, Joanell Lyon and Paul Schedler.
