First Amendment retaliation

CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit reinstated a tow company’s First Amendment claims against the county judge executive who removed the firm from the emergency response rotation list, an act that a reasonable jury could reasonably find was a direct response to the company owner’s criticism of his political actions on Facebook.
