WASHINGTON – Hours after finding that closely held, for-profit companies need not comply with Obamacare’s so-called contraception mandate, the Supreme Court enjoined the government from enforcing the mandate against Wheaton College. Justices Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor noted in the Monday order that they dissent.. There were no noted dissents in summary orders that the court granted Tuesday for various other businesses challenging the mandate. Those employers include Autocam Corp., Francis Gilardi and Eden Foods Inc.
