WASHINGTON — After delaying a lame-duck gut of migratory bird protections by the Trump administration, the Biden administration announced Thursday it will not appeal a legal victory by conservationists in a challenge of Migratory Bird Act revisions.
A dozen states and several environmental groups had just sued again over the rule last month.
