Former cop didn’t face retaliation

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — A federal court in New York ruled in favor of the NYPD and its detectives on false arrest, malicious prosecution and First Amendment retaliation claims brought by a former officer who was charged, but not indicted, for allegedly sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
