MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court upheld a ruling against a video gaming machine company whose gaming kiosks were declared illegal gambling machines and seized by law enforcement. The kiosks can be used for non-gambling purposes but can also be used by customers who pay to play a game in which they can win or lose cash prizes based on chance.
