Gaming Kiosks

<p>The Wisconsin Supreme Court <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/gamingkiosks.pdf">upheld</a></strong> a ruling against a video gaming machine company whose gaming kiosks were declared illegal gambling machines and seized by law enforcement. The kiosks can be used for non-gambling purposes but can also be used by customers who pay to play a game in which they can win or lose cash prizes based on chance. </p>

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court upheld a ruling against a video gaming machine company whose gaming kiosks were declared illegal gambling machines and seized by law enforcement.
