She also claims the defendants, including **Thomas Corp., Thomson Gale Inc. and Apax Partners included an offensive description of her, her family, and her work, in an introduction to the stolen essay that the defendants published in their book, “Family in Society: Essential Primary Sources.” See her federal complaint.
