Gender identity rules struck again

COVINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky has become the latest state in which a federal judge has blocked President Joe Biden’s efforts to implement new Title IX rules, slated to go into effect Aug. 1, that would have extended harassment protections to LGBTQ+ students. The judge called the Department of Education directive “arbitrary in the truest sense of the word.”
