General Motors warranty

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit affirmed a Connecticut federal court’s judgment dismissing warranty and contract claims brought against General Motors by a vehicle lessee who says GM never repaired her car under its warranty. The lessee was not party to a contract between herself and GM, however; the lease was between her and the dealership, not GM.
