Teva Pharmaceuticals sells the antidepressant Budeprion XL as a generic equivalent to Wellbutrin, but the drugs are not equivalent “in several important respects,” a class action claims in Philadelphia Federal Court. Also sued in the Budeprion/Wellbutrin case are Impax Laboratories and Anchen Pharmaceuticals.
