(CN) – An “acting boss” of the Genovese crime family and his “primary lieutenant,” his nephew, pleaded guilty to conspiracy and racketeering on Wednesday, federal prosecutors said. Daniel “the Lion” Leo and his nephew Joseph Leo face up to 40 years in prison and stiff fines at their April 2 sentencings. Both are already in prison, serving time for extortion.
